VH-1's Totally 80's show inspired this model. all I can say is that I hooked up a P2-350 machine to see what it could do. Well it works, SLOWLY. Modeling and render time is slow but hey the machine works... So this model has taken around 4 hours to rough out. Simple so far. Caan you tell who's truck it is. Logo might help you!!!! dunt, duddla,duddla, duddla, dunt, dunt......

What was the inspiration? What is so 80's about a big rig truck?

hehe.... tell me its not BJ and the Bear (I think thats what is was called), or is it Nightrider.. actually after re-reading ya post and figuring out ya tune, it sounds more like Nightrider... not a bad job so far mate :)

Well sorry about the render, it's the P2 machine. Will get a clearer shot in a sec. GMASK:And for the inspiration, well it's a black car the has a life of it's own. so the truck isn't 80's it is the show it came from. That's the inspiration. Also, another hint, the driver cameout with some really bad music.

Night Rider (David Hasselhoff) drove a talking sports car named Kit?..although if I recall correctly there was a semi trailer that was a roving garage or something for the car ..not the most memorable aspect of the show. I think the only thing about it that would give that away is perhaps the hood ornament.

It must be the truck from Nightrider, Koinu... The "dunt-duddla" music is the giveaway clue.:D :thumbsup:

hmm, extremely low polymodel... not to nice... but it could be a fine game model anyway! :bounce:

This wasn't from that awful spin-off show Team Knightrider was it? I thought things couldn't get any worse than the big perm and stick on hairy chest of David Hasslehoff.

This does need a bit more detail though - its a good start you just need to develop it a lot more. :)

rebuilt it after a friend slice56 took me to his lair and showed me the easy way to create a vehicle. Thanks Slice and Good Luck..
