CGTalk - after FX tutorials?

does anyone know where I can find some after effects tutorials online?? I just need to cut together a bunch of pic sequences.. very simple, maybe some fades and titles, nothing too complex.. I've never touched Afx before.. thanks!

go check out the after effects forum, which is in the compositing forum. They have a list of tutorials in a sticky post there.
