the submission was based on the town of Odda (Norway) entry for the Europan 9 competition and the task was to re-vitalize unused harbor situated on a peninsula. Proposed urbanism is trying to emphasize local topological settings....

Its saiys that we are not allowed to post our creations for this contest

outside of cgsociety site and you have done this at www.matejhosek.com (http://www.matejhosek.com).

Too bad because somehow i liked you work.

It says clearly :

7. Entries should remain unpublished outside of CGSociety prior to the close of the challenge
