I meant studio as in 'Class', we call our architecture design classes "Studios" over here. Its all my work, etc...

Studio like an art studio/ a class etc. Its located in nyc, the site is located in nyc. The surrounding is an existing condition. this is not going to get built because it was a design project. its all original.
