very nice modeling and lighting.
The only crits I have are minor - the compass motif seems a little isolated, drawing attention away from the model, you could possibly stretch it out a bit so the compass model rests on an edge as it stretches back.
The chrome on the 3.5mm plug seems a little too white & 'plastic', but I suppose it is keeping in theme with the cleanliness of 3d product conceptulisation.
anyway, good job :)

I don't see it.
hmm very interesing. there seems to be somthing funkey with the main texture of the compass.
almost looks like its liquid or something.

Ah, there it is! That looks nice. My only real crit is that the LEDs don't look luminous. I'd put some luminosity on 'em and/or some glow.

looks great. i agree w adam about the leds. also, the miniplug looks a little small to me ( if it's a standard headphone plug, and i'm imagining the device to be around 4"-5" long).

Nice ideas, but the scale looks a little odd. With the size of the headphone jack and the knobs on the left, the compass must be as big as a laptop
