Title: Aftermath (nudity)
Name: Alejandro Castelán
Country: Mexico
Software: Photoshop

My first completed piece, took more than 60 hours in over a year with no stylus pen.
i wanted to stablish some ambiguity on whether she escaped from the crashed ship or she caused the chaos on the background. it started as a portrait (just the face down to the shoulders), when i decided on the composition i painted the rest. the background and the armour were done in the latest stages, in the last month, i had already painted her body so i didn't want to cover it with a full armour.

Great Image! This took you over 60 hours spread over a year, while using a mouse?! Wow! Now that's commitment! I would have given up on the image ages ago! Well Done! :thumbsup:

what was the biggest pain in the ass when creating this artwork? what exactly took most of your time?

thank you both on the comments. sorry i took me this long to post.
@ maceska (http://forums.cgsociety.org/member.php?u=276229), i have to say it was the girl especially the face at least that took the most time. it was almost finished when i did the background, so that's why the lighting may not look correct. When i did the background i tried to make it like there was another light source near the girl so it would match a little bit. vbmenu_register("postmenu_4902182", true);
