On to a really big/long/serious project. My current poject (creature wip) is on hold right now. Trying to come up with a good set of armor. So time to start a new creature. I made a new friend here in town. Finally, another 3D artist and writer. We sat for hours yesterday, trying to come up with a wonderful fantasy image/storyline but then decided that the dragon form/idea is becoming an eyesore. Sooo, we decide to try and make new dragon shape and role and then model them. This is the first one. A conceptual sketch done up with a combo of hand sketching, PS7, and ZBrush. Didn't spend too much time on it for I am going to start modeling it shortly.

Here is the next one...just a raw sketch right now. This one's role is that of a beast of burden. His horns have been nubbed and he has a rune covered clasp thru his collar bone. BTW, that's a person in a type of saddle on his back. :eek: He is used to pull cities floating on the ocean to mine in new locations.

BTW-Colors and textures are no where near final..plus horns and teeth will probably be add/altered.
