The head was modeled from a cube in zbrush using all the wonderful tools available in this program.
The texturing was done in zb and photoshop.
Composting -just photoshop

Nice composition man! One crit is that the blood could be a little darker and varied in shape.

Yes very good modeling. I really like the detail on the face. I also have to agree about the blood, but still very good.
