Any one know how you can create the picture flying/flipping in the start of the video?

Pretty straightforward - 3D layers where the footage is frozen in time using time remapping.

For the time-remapping, go to Layer --> Time --> Enable Time Remapping. Upon doing so, the parameter will become visible in the timeline with two default keyframes at the end and start, By adding additional keyframes and changing their time value you can slowdown or speedup the playback of the clip. To freeze a frame, simply use hold keyframes. Depending on the requirements, you need to enable frameblending to get better image quality. Once you're happy, simply turn on the 3D layer switch and animate the stacking. Check the manual/ online help for the terminology and buzzwords. ;-)
