I have a problem about shave and haircut, hope anyone can help me!

This is my step to rigging my character:
1. select some face to create new hair ( totally have 8 shave node in single model)
2. rig by smooth bind
3. smooth a model to 1
4. save scene (everything is fine)

but, i open again the scene, the hair go crazy. What is a problem when i smooth the model after rigging? Thx!!!

ps. Sorry for my english!!!

smoothing your mesh to 1 is the problem (not a good idea with shave)
if its hair then parent your head(no smooth with hair) to the smooth mesh (duplicate the mesh)
then hide the low poly mesh.
