CGTalk - Bake illumination problem

Hi.

When I try to bake the illumination on some objects (imported from 3ds) - Vue has crash.
Who can explain, what's a problem?

If you import objects from 3ds and then try to bake illumination, you shouldn't turn off "Smooth mesh".
