I want to contrain an object the vertex of another object. Is this possible?

sure there is....( or at least I think so )...I've never had to do anything like this...but....this is what I think would work......create a new object...( better yet, a locator ) and vertex-snap it to the vertex on that particular object you want to control the other.....then parent the locator to that object --with the vertex--....( so whenever the object moves, so does the locator ).....then constrain the other object that you want constrain by the vertex, to the locator.....that should work.....

and I hope I was clear enough.... **if you don't get what I'm saying, just read it a few times**

yes, you can do this. Check out the script on Highend3d, simply select the cv then the object and run the script, should work for you. There are some limitations though (object keeping up vector when the object constrained to rotates.)
