Do you have any concept art your working from?
Its a bit minimal to crit at the moment. What is it sposed to be (alien, animal)?

Actually I have no concept art at the moment for this one. Sometimes I will model as anyone would sketch and if I get anything decent which I like I will go to the drawing boards. I know it sounds stupid but I do this sometimes if I m realy stuck and out of ideas. So after today I will spent the entire weekend sketching up this character and mayabe a few of his friends. And from there I will follow the default process of story, storyboards, etc. He will although be a goofy alien. Anyways here is an update.

i used to do exacatly what you do create first sketch later but it really does work better the other way and allot quicker, just give it a try, looks like a good start
