Pretty amazing stuff! Has Cebas set a release date for this yet? I'm eager to try it out.

I thought Thinking Particles were a Cinema4d thing? Is this a beta for Cinema 4D?

Thinking Particles is a C4D and 3D Max thing. Thinking Particles 3 though is for 3D Max.

Heya guys,

We have been working very hard to crank out TP3 and bring out a really amazing piece of software. I don't have a date to give you, but we will be releasing some cool vids leading up to the release which is imminent.

For those unfamiliar with ThinkingParticles. It is a 3dsmax rule based particle system. You can take a look at the 2.5 features here if you like:

There is a good list of features on the left with fun vids and exampels.

Thanks

Maxon licensed TP 1.0 from us some time ago. This was a really progressive move on their part. C4D is a great piece of software and we hope they will look to update TP in the future.

TP 2.5 ships with a full manual that includes a ton of examples and explanations as well as 7 tutorials to get you started.

We ship with over 125 scenes that show as many features as possible so you can reconstruct setups and see how they work

It also ships with 9 training videos that go over topics from basic groups, to blackbox's.

Lots to get you started! and there will be a huge amount more with TP3 :D

Thanks
