the cup does cast shadows but they seem to be a little too simple. however there isnt much 3D in that room. unless some one is damn good and i mean damn good.

I'm gonna be the dumb one who says I think its all real except perhaps that small green thing by the mouspad, well no all real imo. I can see reflection of the cup as well as shadow (its blurred reflection look carefully.

It cant be the green thing cause you can see the reflection tansparency of that it on the table.

Its a lighter anyway.

Well most of it is certainly real, but the picture's too small to really get a look at everything. I'd say the plastic bottle upper right is possibly CG because there doesn't seem to be enough refraction/distortion at the bottom. Maybe the mouse, too, because it looks more out of focus than the rest of the pic.
