Its not all that horribly bad.:)

Its a really cool idea.
Some of the textures are good then some are straight procedural and look it.
Like the toolbox, make it a metal texture that has wearing in various areas showing thru, to show it has been used.

Everything also has a flat look to it. Add some specular maps and some bumps maps as well, not to smooth surfaces(bump) but to the tanks that are rusty and wood, etc.
Mainly add some variation to the surfaces of the metal, obviously they are not all a flat iron based. Like aluminuim, polished aluminuim, titanium, stainless, steel, etc.

Also it looks like there is specular in the lighting, or does the ship/car map have white lines in it?

the sign above the door, is that suppose to have a spray painted on look to it?

Also above it, what are those spike things?

Also the logo on the racer, make it smaller and place it on a flatter surface, also add some stickers for sponsors........like "Agip, Michelin, Target, Magnetti Marnelli, etc." that you see on F1 cars, GP bikes, GT1, BTCC, etc.

Other than that looks good and great idea.

Tx for the reply..I'll work on the texture a bit more ;)

Ok the "logo" up the door is suppose to be some sort of banner. I wanted a spray look but not too much we can actually read it correctly.

For the sponsors thingi, well my "story" is that F1 race have become an illegal type of race in the future...so I don't think any compagny would pay to have their logo on the car ;)

The white line is a "fake reflection test" + specular...don't know for you..but I like the result because I wanted the car to look all shiny..

lol and those "spike" thing...well those circular thing on the wall are air vent..with some things attach to them that "fly" cause of the wind...

I'll make an update later...but plz keep the suggestion coming, they really really help :d

Ok then maybe you could have some home made looking sponsorships.............like "Warez-Appz..... bringing you the latest illegal jack-ports". or something advertising boot-legged appz/equip for a virtual maxtrix type deal where people hook into the internet and shop, etc.
Or mod-chips, burned CD/Chips that have pirated music videos, etc. stuff that is illegal and sponsors it?? Just a thought, you know "underground" type stuff.(ie Deviant Keygens add?)

Also on the specular/reflection, looks OK from this angle but other angles, ligthing, animation etc. you will notice that they are part of the mapping.
Good idea though to fake it.
You will probably need to work on the shader though, make it have reflective properties, etc;so that the shader and environment produce the look not a map.

Also maybe make the racer have a worn sections look to it, scratched and bare metal underneath showing, maybe?

Like low budget, cannot always afford to fix it with a new look, or maybe patches of panel work that is a slight different color or tone.

What software is this??
take care.
