I painted this in Photoshop and I used a photo refenrence to get the perspective right.

I appreciate any advise and comment.

her left hand looks bloody. also, her right hand looks dissacoiated from her shoulder. perhaps shade the shoulder more ? The face is nice. The hair could be rendered a little more.

A great start; just a few things that need fixing that Ognus has already mentioned.

Also, you need to reveal more of the shadowed side of her face. Perhaps some outlines or faint shading. I don't think such a sharp and deep shadow would come from such a dull light source.

The perspective looks off, although that could be the shadow edges. Something about the forehead and face...

If you don't mind, could you post a link to your ref. photo?
