What were you expecting? a guy with a guitar and a bunch of people following behind him?

This guy is more of a story teller of a pilgramage he and a few others went on.. One Day I hope to do a whole series of illustrations of their travels.

Very nice man, I like it. :D I cant really give any crits either cuz I dont see anything wrong with it. Other than the spot by his chin. Im not sure if that was intentional or not.

I would love to see him made in 3d graphic... :bounce:

But else its nice.. like the way you made his cloth (by wood)

but my old roleplaying mind says me that a bard need some kind of instrument..

Yeah, back when I used to play D&D I used to love being a bard/thief.

Etchy: I was going for more of a storyteller type bard maybe i can give him some drums :) Thank you for the commment about 3d, i want to do concept art for a game so thats pretty much the best thing you can say

Eskay: The spot is suppose to be a highlight of light reflecting off the metal around his head (guess you cant tell that very well?)

I remember the old AD&D addon to Farun called Karatur. He fits right in there..

I can see the point of the storyteller.. maybe you are right.. a drum might not fit in here (or any other instrument for that sake)..

I belive i have read somewhere that there were lots of storyteller in Japan at that time.. that was the way the story survived (think that was counting for every contry at that time) and they have not all been walking around with an instrument..

I think it said that this was Character 9 of 12.. could i see the other 8?? see if they are just as good..

I think there might be a great concept for a game character here.. maybe some kind of neverwinter nights but just in Karatur (now when they have reprinted that world for use with the D&D)

this looks mostly like a fighter/bard due to his size.. he is wery short in height and is wery big in mussels (dont know if i got that word right)

but keep up the good work..

Etchy:thumbsup:
