thanks. Iīm just curious, do you mean the
finisch like the quality of the movie(the renderings)
or the ending of the animation?

That is the sweetest animation to music ive seen. The DoF is a little much at times but the beat responsive animation is excellent.

thanks man! I know what you mean about the depth of filed,
but I like it when it's a bit blurry and out of focus.

Great, but you should never use boolean again!!
Take a look at the red stripes. you can get relly weird surface problems sometimes....

No problems now... but take care? It could be a dissapointment if you get ugly faces.. get it??

But otherwise: Coool renders

i'm really diggin this one, extremely creative use of the medium, you might have said already, what 3d package, compositing package? for those of you who are anal about posting crits, take it easy on this guy - well done indeed!

hello whtnoise:
thanks for you comments! I used Maya for the 3d. I exported
some animations from maya to .swf and worked with
them more in flash. that is the explaining illustrations that
pop up now and then. then I composted it in aftereffects.
thanks man!

Nice piece there! Congrates...

I really liked the first exploded view sequence and could honestly go form some more of that! Like reasembly and explosions of sub sections. I think it would also be cool if it played a slightly wapred record at the end, with a music cut there and subtle stylus motion.

That animation and concept is supa-sweet!

Had you thought about adding some thin white outlines to the floating text bits? Sometimes they get totally lost (black on black). But maybe it's a style/design choice and they would stand out TOO much all the time if they did have an outline. Just wondering if you considered it or even tried it?

Again...dope stuff.

you had me at Technics!

Haha, but seriously, it's a good model, but the base texture is killin me. It looks grainey and aliasing when your showing the zoomed pictures.

And where is the slip cover that says "technics"? Or maybe put a plastic man slip cover on it.

i think this definatly deserves a plug, or atleast some stars - lotsofem, if not already...

this is the uniquness in creative that so much of our industry has been lacking for awhile, more all-encompasing, well rounded work, that explores new and different ways of identifying with someone or something...

again - great work!!

thank you all for your comments and critics. You
give me all new tips of how I can improve my work.
thatīs GREAT!

Kieguy:
you are so right about the floating text.. outlines around
them would make it all look better. thanks man!

whtnoise:
I wanna thank you. I agree about you comment. There
are too much work in the industry that looks the same.
I think itīs very important, but itīs hard, to make
something new, uniqe. I donīt say that my animation
is uniqe, but itīs anyway a new way of showing 3d in this
forum. CgTalk is a fantastic forum by the way.

thanks again guys
