Good works :)
Crits:
-The top end of the windshield looks to low, I think you'll need to bring that up further.
-Flatten the curve of the roof a bit. Since it is too much curved, the side windows got bigger (and the actual car has relatively small windows...I think)
-The proportion overall is not great. It looks longer than it is (When I saw that car in person, it looked even shorter than in real pictures... )
Keep working on it!
It's coming along nice :)

yeah it looks off a little,, but not too bad for a model, nice job and keep at it. Can we see some low angle views, wiresframes would be cool to see. =D

I shortened the car overall and I made the side windows shorter. I changed the front of the roof so it dose not slope down as much anymore as well, this is a pic of the changes. I will post some more pics as soon as I can but I am busy cause its finals week.

The proportion problem still remains, but it's hard for me to point out 'this should be like this and that', sorry :)
Though I was just surprised looking at the wireframe, that you have modeled stuffs under the car

I shortened the car some more and worked on the roofline, the changes are not very noticable but the help out. I also did a few more things to the interior. http://personal.southern.edu/~drcavins/redsd.jpg http://personal.southern.edu/~drcavins/insidewire.jpg http://personal.southern.edu/~drcavins/inside.jpg
it has improved since this

If you did not notice the door handles are missing and the paint and tailinghts need some more work,
I have modelled some new door handle but I have not put them on yet, the taillights are still in progress they just dont look right. The paint will be changing soon I just have not worked on it much yet.
I will have more pics up on monday.

Pretty nice so far, I am working on one myself. Only suggestion I have is to lose the blue. Silver just does so much for this car. Also will help to show off the details a little more.

Hmm, the shape of taillights are wrong: they should be more triangular-shaped. Are you using the blueprints for modelling? If so, those must be retarded :p
darc16: The door knobs of 350Z has fake metal material, no paint. :)
