chewy baby...he's so tall, dark and hairy :D
was he not born in the first two or somethin?...cuz...i think it woulda been cute if they showed a toddler wookie :buttrock:
Wow...almost complete inbreeding of the storyline.
For such a diverse population these planets seem to have...it' is funny how many characters "needed" to run into each other in the first three movies.
I don't even run into people I went to high school with let alone expect to always see all of them 30 years later. :)

I agree with CG.p, There's too many coincidences, it doesn't feel like a large galaxy anymore. And Chewbacca can't be that important in telling this story, what a way to screw up... again. Anyways, I lost faith in this series after episode 1&2. I'm expecting ep3 to be slightly better than the previous 2 since it couldn't get worse.
Way to go George, hehe

This is by design. George Lucas has always stated the it's a small story told on an epic scale. The story is about a small group of people interconnected in th galaxy. I can't tell you how many times I've run into people I knew in the strangest places. I've said to myself at least a dozen times, it's a small world.
Oh, and AOTC was good stuff.;)

I hate that this sort of minor spoiler stuff comes out at all. I wish I could just go in and see the movie without knowing the "guest stars". Sure, there's a certain amount that we all know will happen to tie the two halves together, but the little things in the plot are what will make the movie worth watching.
It's not as bad as The Phantom Menace's soundtrack coming out a week before the opening day with a track called Qui Gon's Noble End though. That was the essence of bad spoilage.

There is a big difference between strange places being across town or country and galaxy. Besides you aren't running into a dozen of the same people at basically the same time. I'm not going to the gas station and running into all the people I grew up with....
I've also notices GL likes to come up with a "design" any time he wants to dig or fill in a plot hole that another idea made.

I wonder if George is going to take away R2D2's flying power so he works correctly in Empire.
The real question is, is it possible to cheapen the series any more than has been done?

For those who are not Star Wats enthusiast. Its been long believed that the race of Wookies played a crucial role in the construction of the 1st Death Star.
Wookies where once slaves to the early Empire.
so that maybe why Chewbacca may be seen in this movie.

Yeah, if he blew that one, why not make the holograms look better? Everyone has the same crappy projectors across the galaxy? :)

And Chewbacca is the ONLY Wookie. (Except on Christmas specials) ;)

Hey now, that's not nice! Star Wars is real, you just don't know it because it's an alternate Matrix :shame: Didn't you know that the Matrix is a portal to other universes? Where do you think Lewis got his idea for The Magicians Nephew or Brook's Landover...lol, I'll shut up now :D
