CGTalk - Rotten wood how to?

Hey all- im workin on a boat in LW and texturing is definatly one of my week points. Anyone have any suggestions or links that will help me make sort of an old rotten wood planks texture?

I'd use a normal wood texture, then add some specular and a nasty bump. That should do. :D

Here's a rotting wood seamless texture I did in Genetica, inspired by your post. It took me about 35 minutes to make. If you want it, email me and I can send it to you. (Just tell me what resolution you want it at because I can re-render the texture at any size.)
