CGTalk - welding problem

hey im welding my instanced object together and its been going well...but i get to a few certain point and it doesnt want to weld....normal weld or target weld. it seems to happen on the corners more ....but sometimes it wont be on a corner and it wont weld. very frustrating. here is a pic of a corner that wont weld. thanks for anything you can tell me

not sure, but it looks like you've got faces on the inside . .. if so, then that's your problem.

delete those faces the try welding again . . .
