Whoaaaa... #1 thing I see is that you need to turn off all the IK on her. Whenever anybody's floating, keep it all FK to make things more fluid. The spin is a few frames too fast, and the delay on her right hand (screen left) is a bit too long. When you thrust them back/down in real life it happens almost at the same time. Her body movement is also pretty random, especially her hips. Everything has a purpose when it comes to motion :D Good start, though. Keep it up!
