Cool! I like the hair, well done despite crazy colours. Now for the critic ...
1) Her shoulders seem to be droopy though, kinda makes the whole character hunched.
2) Maybe the mouth needs to "relax" a little. Or else she'll perpetually want to kiss someone .... not a bad thing actually.
3) I think the cloth between her *cough* thigh is sagging.
I think it's pretty close to completion, keep it up!

Looks really nice, only 1 suggestion.
Her arms kinda look like rubber....they need to look a little more defined.

Hello Sublow, welcome to CGTalk! Good start on that model. Their are a view anatomy problems. The hair looks pretty cool, though I would sugest adding some bump mapping, maybe also making it a bit more transparent and add a few more layers of polys, just to give it the volume real hair has.
Now continuing onto the face, her lipstick looks a little odd, a little smeared on. The corners of the lips are one of the most difficult thing for many modelers to get right, they actually dip in a little bit and in a graceful fashion they flow out into the face. The nose could use a little work too, not too much though, the wings look a little bit too thin, though some people have nostrils like that, on average people have a little bit more fleshy like wings. The stem meets the mouth dip a little sharp, the middle should sort of smoothly flow into it. There are also some little details on the insides of the nostrils you forgot, oh well, not many people model them, not too important. The eyes could use a little work, right now they're a bit too thin, usually they are thicker, but not too thick, 2 mm or so. You should also model the eyeball like a real eyeball is shaped. Your eyelashes need alot of work, check out some women and watch how their eyelashes flow out. The eyebrows can use work too, remember that there are a bunch of small hairs flowing to define them, and only some pornstars and prostitutes have drawn on eyelashes, also some crazy mature wannabe fashion goddessess, and some divas. I can't comment on the ears cause the hair is blocking them.
The neck looks wrong, in a natural position the neck goes forward a bit. The shoulders look like rubber, study some women to see how they should look. The arms also look perfectly straight and a bit rubberish, real arms have muscles, even on women, though women's arn't as large and muscular, they are usually finely and delicatly grafted.
The hips could be a bit wider, on females they are as wide as the shoulders, and don't really get much thinner untill they reach the end of the hip bone which is just a bit below the belly button. The wrinkles in the pants near the knees look really odd.
The clothes do not look very fabricy right now, they look like plastic.
My best advice is to search the web and read some good anatomy books which you can find at the local bookstore, not the library. This is a very good start! I do not give you such detail crits cause I think your model is bad, which it's not, it's actually quite good, but I give them to help turn your work into a masterpiece! I, myself have spent the last year studying anatomy and know my stuff pretty well, but as I am only human my anatomy may not be perfect, I've also noticed that some stuff in certain figure drawing books is anatomically incorrect. If you could post a wire I could crit on the topology( or how the wire flows with the contour of the figure) of the model. If you need any help or tips on doing anything I'd be glad to help. Keep up the good work!

Well..., thanks so much for all the critiques, especially you lerpiedood, for the brief details.... , I’m aware of all these problems, and as I said, it's still a WIP.
My goal here is not to achieve realism. Really. It was never intended for realism. Just for learn and fun, trying to catch an urban cyber girl stylish look....
I will take all the info I gain from u people, and make her look more anatomically correct.
As for the cloth, it was meant to be a plastic style look, rather than a fabric look.
Keep on critique me and thanks so much.....
I'll update soon.
