Disclaimer:
I may be intolerant of certain missing SDK elements, how they prioritize ( use of resources ), and how they view nodes ( :insane: )...

BUT:

After using EIAS, VIDI, FormZ, TDI/WAVEFRONT, PowerAnimatior, and MAYA I would like to say the C4D is incredible. It has been the most stable, predictable 3D production tool I have ever used ( OK, Renderman rocks too! ). It simply makes me money as an artist. It does not fail in that final hour. That is saying alot from an unyielding, intolerant bastard such as myself. I have vision and will not stop until I get there ( Just ask MAXON :twisted: ). Cinema4D provides the most accessible feature set to complete that task. And kudos to MAXON for getting their marketing up to par. It instills a confidence in me as a user and developer.

That weight is so much lighter now. Had to be done. Now it's done. Now I am done. Fork to forehead...

The only problem is when you have to use another app, I'm always like :surprised , look at the gui, how the hell can that be comfortable

so I'm really happy don't have to do that verry often, c4d great:thumbsup: :applause: :beer:

Thats awfully big of you darf. MAXON + DARFnut/Cidertank = win-win for us users.

Now lets try keeping you away from forks for a while. We don't want any damage to come to that brain of yours--we NEED that brain!

The appropriate rant of a talented artist/programmer, or is that programmer/artist? Someone else must make that determination.

SDKs were created to make life miserable for the programmer --never complete and always changing to further infuriate the consumer of such material in a state of constant flux. Not sure which entity is in flux. Perhaps both?

Stability is one of the important reasons I love C4D, and it is fast, easy to use, cool and will be very powerful in the future!
