i had 2 years break of CG :( had too much other thinks to do but now i'v decided to go back into it and tried 3dsmax 2008 + Vray...
i was amazed how 30 minutes compositing and 30 minutes rendering can turn 4 spheres and hdri into so real render , tell me what is your opnion about VRAY , Mental Ray or Brazil 2.0 in 3dsmax 2008 ?

i useing 3dsmax 2008 and render is VRAY, i never use brazil before but i use mental ray went i new to max since start, for me VRAY is mach better that mental ray.

there is a ton of Render engines nowdays, all with their strenghts and weakness...
I guess it all comes down to personal preferences.
