Howdy!

So, a year back I got totally hocked on ArchiCAD and modeling architectural content digitally. I've had a blast, and recently I discovered C4D and its complex modeling and texturing capabilities! Wow! I just love stuff made with CAD software and taken to the next step with C4D.

I just started using C4D and it seems really robust and flexible! One day into the software no major results have been made, but I'm really enjoying myself. So, if there's anyone here who would like to share some tips or work.. maybe a good tutorial site? whatever really.. have it coming!

I could use some pointers as well.. when I add a material, let’s say a concrete to a slab, it affects not just the slab, but a whole random set with objects.. also, the scale of the concrete texture is way off.. its zoomed like 500%.. so, how does one best scale the material? and how could one more precisely add materials to walls and other objects..?

Aight, that's it. Thanks!

Not really Arcvis related, but there are some great resources over at www.c4dcafe.com (http://www.c4dcafe.com). Especially if you are just starting out. HTH

And for others out there who is doing archi work with BIMs and C4D, check this one out: http://www.archicadtutorials.com/
