Title: Encounter
Name: ZhiPeng He
Country: China
Software: Photoshop
This is a work done a friend, for a magazine cover page, the theme has been set with specific character and a story. The piece is supposed to show the story line and the scene, where a brave female hunter encounters a furious and cunning forest monster, and facing a great battle. I hope I have expressed the tension in this work. Feel free to leave your critique/recommendation, I’d appreciate the chance to communicate with you all. Thank u for viewing.

Was just going to say the same! That tree behind her is very Vallejo-esque :)

Thank you guys, it's great to read your replies. Yes, my style has been greatly influenced and inspired by those artists, they're my favourites.
Actually I've never had a good chance to discuss about these artists' styles and techniques with people around, since it's not really a popular art and industrial trend in the place I live.
I'm really glad to find this forum and meeting with all you guys, whom seem to have similar interest in illustration as I do. Would be wonderful if you guys won't mind to discuss with me about those artists' styles, sharing our learnings about their unique techniques etc.
