I was wondering if anyone can direct me to a good tut for creating steam as-well as dew droplets "condensation". I purchased Trapcode's Particular figuring it would be a good starting point. I don't want to use any stock footage only because I want to have total control of the build up of steam and condensation. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Download the PyroPack from Trapcode. There's enough smoke and fire examples that could serve as a basis. For condensation, study the raindrop tutorial published by rhysworks (a few threads down).
