i thought it was very well done.... was he all low poly/polygonal for symbolic reasons or because you did the hair and fur before you realized you couldnt smooth the mesh after you did hair and fur?

I love the low poly and non "phong" guy as it looks like his broken, not alive. Really good.

The animation needed to be strong in order for me to feel anything for the character. This is where mocap may have been better for once.

Good message though. Would have liked to seen the result of suicide like in Ghost. Suicide sucks cause it doesn't solve anything. You can kill your body but that doesn't kill you kinda stuff was needed.

thanks for doing this though, keep up the good work. We need more real stuff around here.

Hi. It was allways going to be low poly from the initial tests I did. I wanted to keep this artificial element to portray that he is lost. Glad you like it, its rare I get comments on my work on this site...

The project was done in 4 weeks a bit of a rush for 1 person, and a few favours from friends.
