Wow. Very cool. At first I was thinking, "Hmmm, Object: Lucy? Well, this guy must think of women as objects, too, eh?" :wink wink: Anyway, I loved this. Looks really good. I really like the textures. Except for on the wood that has the nails in it. It seems just a bit too reflective because I can see a full reflection of the ring as if it were nailed into a metal object or something. But that's highly doubtful... Other then that, it looks spiffy :) Good job!

Happy to have the first post on this, too

I think it would look a little better if the plastic wasn't as reflective and was a little more dull and worn. But very nice job.

damn good job, really good photorealism. Espeially the background on the center piece. I thought you did a composting job with it. What renderer did you use?

LOL :scream: That's a good one Gunslinger.:applause:
I wasn't sure if the title should be Object or Character :)
Anyway, Thank you! The white wood suppose to be
Formica kind. I hope it's understandably. that's why it is
reflective, but maybe i overdo with the reflection.

Thank pigwater!

whitejake, Thank you. I exaggerateed a bit with the plastic
reflection, I know. I wanted to emphasize it even tough
it wasn't realy like that with the real dall i used as a referance...

comfortablydumb, Thank you. everything is modeled.
I used Brazil to render the scenes. The first picture took 7 hours
to render.

very nice mage! Looks incredibly realistic! One question, could i see a pic without the heavy reflection? Im just wondering how good it would look then :) again, very nice work!

Looks very good. Not sure the computer looks photorealistic but the hanging Lucy does, save the reflected artifact. Great material on Lucy.

Very good!
Btw first image is a bit too low contrasted for me... It should be a bit more brilliant.
Very nice model, realistic.

Hey, well, I'm glad to see that my humor is appreciated somewhere:rolleyes:

Yeah, I see what you're going for but personally I would say that it is a *bit* too reflective. I was thinking about it for a while and thought that perhaps it was fine, but if you went with just a bit less reflection I think you would be happier with the results... Either way, it's still a really cool piece you've got there:D
