Wow! that was great. Some great camera angles in there. Although it felt like some of the tire shots were spinning too slowly. But I couldn't do something like that. (not yet):applause:

very cool....i like it a lot.
reminds me of the trailer to fast and furious...
did you make it for a particular purpose or just for fun?
how long did it take?

Thanx a lot.
It is an opening title for Eurosport channel. Took one month and a half, the harder for me was the hand on the gear.
Couldn't manage to get a faster wheel cause I was getting a bad "retro" effect.

He needs to jam that gear stick harder faster, with that car and a helmet, I'll be putting all my excitement into it  vroooooom

Have you downloaded it to your hard disk? I sometimes get such errors but when I right click and download it to my desktop it works fine...
@Pasto
It's great!
How did you made the lights leave the trail at the end? Was it scene blur or something, or post processing? Very nice...

Thanx a lot.
The lights were post processed in AE.

Thanx guys, coming from you, it is a real compliment.
I just rendered the headlights alone then composited them on AE with a lot of echo and different blurs on it.

Very nice job. Love the movement and camera work.

Very cool! You might want to try using some object motion blur on the wheels and let them spin faster, I don't think the retro effect will be 'annoying' then.

Excellent!! Only thing I'd change would be to make the shifts crisper--like have the hand overshoot the gearshift as he slams it into the gate.

Being a car fan that i am, i'll say awesome job. One major complaint that i noticed was when he was shifting (while driving, not starting off) he goes into 1st gear when he's already in 3rd gear. I couldn't understand that.
Otherwise, fantastic job.

oops !
I guess he drives very strangely... or may be he suddenly wanted to make a big noise.
