A is an nurbs semisphere detached by referenced yellow isoparm from a normal 8 span spehere.
B is a NURBS circle same spans



and selection order is as shown. (nothing difference for this)

and I lofted. (as second screenshot)

I wanted to create a normal lofted surface but result is this (second screenshot))
what to do to fix this (or possible) ?

any idea ?

that is becuase the curve direction on the circle (or surface direction on the sphere) is going the opposite way you need it to go.... so reverse on or the other... easyer to do it on the circle becuase it only has one direction , U (surfaces have U and V)....
seslect the circle got to Edit Curves > Reverse Curve Direction make sure that the keep originals option is off then try the loft again...

another way to avoid that problem is to select the surface isoparm and duplicate it as a curve ( Edit Curves > Duplicate Surface Curves.... with the isoparm selected) this will give you a curve that is not only going the right direction but has the same number of editPoints and the start/end/seam will be in the right place...

another way is to press 't' to show the loft manipulator and you can reverse the curves in the viewport.
