hi i was doing the 2d animation base on flash cs3 . i need to ask the professional people here do they doing composit in final to adjust the color saturation or before the design charater tat time to make it color safe for Broadcasting ? if yes normally how to adjust for that any tips for me thanks for reply :)

Broadcast safe is usually the last step. It can be bundled into the color correction or grading. Doing it beforehand is kind of like having HDRI and only using 8 bit the whole time because that's your output format. Maintain maximum color information up to the very end, then downrez the color for final out.
