Well Give us what us an Idea what you want first! is it going to be Cartoony... is it realistic... what is your background do you have a story ... what ethnic background is she from ... these are just some question you want to ask yourself b4 you ask us... this is a WIP Msg forum and you have to have somthing that we can sugest to you first! just my opinion!

You need to get some reference images to work from. The human head doesnt look like that. you may be able to rescue it by tweaking, but it might be easier to start over:thumbsdow

try www.fineart.sk for some reference of do a search on these forums for 'female head' or 'girl' and check out what other artists have produced. Keep at it - 3D aint easy!
