Even with cs 1 to 3, i always had this problem, how to fix it ?

Your monitor's color profile probably doesn't match sRGB like you have set in Photoshop.
1. Right click on your Windows desktop, Properties, Settings tab.
2. Advanced button, Color Management tab.
3. Click Add... and select sRGB Color Space profile, then click Add.
If this doesn't help, let me know. We'll try something else!

My old color setting was set when i update windows, i saw a viewsonic 2025 blabla..
Few of my friend have the same problem so now i know what to do !

I remember that problem frustrated me a whole hell of a lot too, but a friend at design school finally showed me what the problem was!
