My honest opinion you need to keep the camera still so we can see it walk.. and as far as I can see this is just a rough animation... you need to add major Tweaks to it.. just constructive criticism

i know it needs a lot of work i 'll keep it in mind to keep the camera still the next time i try to make a walkcycle
i just started with max and thought i try out how camera movement works :hmm:
i hope it will walk better if i have some external controlers attached to the bones ,still need to figure out how ( this is ik controlers ore am i mistaken )
sorry for my noobism i hope it 'll get better in time

You've got a good start here. Are you going to eventually do some detailed texturing?

Also, keep an eye for the model deforming during motion. I thought I saw some strange bulges/deformation around the left hip area while the dino was walking.

The face appears to be much more detailed than the body. You don't necessarily have to model everything, as displacement mapping can create some nice illusions of detail, but you might want to add some more definition to the body via modelling.

And don't you shouldn't apologize for being a newbie. Everyone has to start from somewhere, and you're starting here. WELCOME!

KEEP IT COMIN'!!!!!!!!!
