the eyes are a little... odd and like you said the ears need work, however i reallly like the nose and mouth area. Maybe try smoothing out the skin folds around the eyes also the lighting could use a little work.

Ditto on the ears.

The eyes probably look strange because there's a dominant brow and then two eye insets (for lack of a better term) before you get to the actual eyes. You might delete the smaller inset, and that might help the appearance.

Very good work on the general shape of the head and mouth. It might be me, but the upper set of teeth appear to be noticeably further back from the lower set. Was this intentional? If so, no worries. :thumbsup:

I've made some changes with the eyes and then I've made horns instad of ears... but does it look more like a demon than an ogre???

But, seriously, I think it does SEEM more like an demon now with the horns, but I like the change to eyes. Maybe you could make the horns smaller to dampen the demon effect?

Like the rendition - looks as if carved of alabaster. Not sure about the horns. Never met an ogre with horns, personally, but what's he so worried looking for? Checking for abscesses in the mirror? Perhaps he could use a tongue?

nose and mouth is great, but maybe the eyes give him a look as if he was frightened of something, instead of wanting to frighten people... :shrug: and in the first version it looked as if he was wearing a mask around the eyes, but it's corrected now...
