hi guys,

i've got to hand in a composite for my next assigment at uni....
i'm quite new to compositing and matte paiting....
this is what i have so far.... the theme our lecturer has given us is Sci-Fi/Fantasy...

Lighting and shadows on the CG elements are wrong
they Dont match the real photos

looks too much like just a bunch of pictures pasted upon each other, try playing with the colours (and shadows as anobrin pointed out) bit more, first of all to make them match, second of all to give your composition a certain style that's not so flat as the current one (a theme isnt only defined by the elements you put in them).
maybe search for some reallife landscapepictures as refference.

and get rid of those white lines around the helicopters.
