This is my first effect work. It is a reproduction of the effect in Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets where Tom Riddle writes in the air. It was done in after effects. Any comments, questions, or especially feedback would be great. Thanks.

Very Cool! Everbody should check this out!

How? How did you do that? I was impressed enough by the first shot, the second blew me away. I'd been thinking about how to do an effect like this.

So...how?

Hi guys, I'm really glad you like it and quite surprised by the requests for a tutorial. I took some time and wrote one up, it is two pages and in Word format. If anyone needs another format I would be glad to help out. Thanks again.

Oh, and yeah it is me, and yes I have been told I look like Harry Potter, especially with my old glasses which were virtually identical to his. Too bad they didn't cast me instead, I'd work for less and they wouldn't have to worry about me going through puberty in the middle of the films!
