Here are my thoughts on it, from what other people have said, and what i think

1. It looks a little rigid and mechanical
2. The foot locking looks a little weird, but without it, looks even more weird

Any thoughts would be much appreciated

Hey Wheelie,

It's a good start. Looks more like your just about out of the blocking stage and ready to begin polishing it. One word I could use to actually describe it at this point is "Floaty".

I tried to offer some advice to another person here with a posted walk cycle.

Maybe some of those tips could be of help.

Good luck

I would say that it does look pretty rigid. First I think that you are lifting your foot too high. When you walk you barly lift your foot that is why you trip over small rocks or cracks. Your walk looks more like a march because of the height you are lifting your feet. You also need to animate your torso or spine and your hips. Your shoulder will lead your arm and your hip would lead you legs. I would also post a side and front view of your walk instead of a 360 view. A side view will be easier to critique then your current rotating view. Your off to a good start keep it up.
