Hello everyone,

I received the below picture as a new year message. It is animated. I am interested in creating this kind of scenes. It looks like pixel art but not exactly so I was wondering if anyone knew any resources or artists that do this kind of work.

just download the file and open it with fireworks/image ready, and you'll see how each frame is different from the previous one :)
