The basic idea behind this one is the city fathers of this place commissioned a bunch of artist to paint giant murals on the top layer of all the high raises. This was in hope of distracting would be tourist from the hellish poverty level in the lower hemispheres. I wanted the city to look like a patch of sun hungry flower stems contorting their way up but retain an industrial bleak look. Plus if gave me the opportunity to recycle some old sketches.
