Name: Cris de Lara
I did this image for Iranim Media Factory and loved the result.
My idea was to show that she is not real, she is a kind of beautiful and special spirit... a legend coming for us to tell another legend ( her 1001's nights story)...
I used Photoshop CS.
Music: Desert Rose - Sting

Great Image! I love the mist at the bottom! Just a minor crit, the book she is holding seems to be very thin, like a sheet of card. Perhaps if we could see another dimension of the book it would look a bit thinker. However it doesn't really matter because this is a great image! looking forward to seeing more! :)

I really like it. Your idea is cool. 1001's nights story has mystic parts. She calls to dreams.

Really well done. One very noticable problem: your book title is incorrect. Proper english would be: "1001 Nights", NOT "1001's Nights". How about trying a title like: "Tales Of A 1001 Nights", or, "Tales For A 1001 Nights", or, "A Tale of 1001 Nights" ??? Otherwise, I think the illustration is very well done.

She has a perfect figure as it is an Arabic-Persian Dancing figures.& Shahrzad used to dance when she was narrating stories.:)
I excpected a more designated fabric for her dress.Traditional ones, which are very rich in design.
By the way she resembles ADRIANA LIMA!!!:D
