Hi There,
Good start, but there is a lot of work still needed to get it right:)
Could you post of different views so we can get a better look at the model? i.e. front, side, 3/4.
As for what I can point out fron that angle.
-the mouth area: it's too flat, it needs be rounder. Try pushing the corners of the mouth back along with the area around it.
-The eyes also need to sink into the head futher. That will make the nose and browline stronger.
-The nose also need to be more defined, it lookes weird right now.
I suggest checking out more reference. Such as side, front and 3/4 views of guys heads. Also studying the human skull has helped me to understand the underlying structure.
