it`s a shame that there are so many good threads without any reply!
there are party in your painting that wanna make me scream "holy shit moly this is incredible awesome" and there are other parts that would need some more work
the faces, helmets and parts of the bodys are really well done but other parts like the dogs or the foreground figure show that you had no reference or enough time for it
keep up the cool work, cheers

Really nice painting of the characters. I like the attitude of his face very much.

I have to agree with the crit on the dogs. I think if perhaps the dogs were not looking straight at the viewer, but each depicted a different attitude. The finish of the dogs does detract a bit from the more refined finish of the warriors which are beautifully done. My opinion, of course.
In any case, this piece is an eye catcher.

:) Oh, absolutely understood. Was agreeing with the render crit from Guterrez.
Dogs add power to the piece, just feel a little different in quaility of warrior to dogs finish, even if dogs are not the focus of this piece.
