well first I'll say congrats, because I know a few people who worked on it.

Haven't personally seen it, but I have a feeling it got a lot a help from the fact there aren't really any other kids movies out right now.

wow I didn't know that was even released yet. I remember seeing the trailer and was surprised to see the munks actually looked like Chipmunks (though I never seen a Chipmunk before:shrug: )

You know, good work to R&H and all, but...

...I kind of feel like this is a harbinger of the end of days.

My thoughts exactly but I was going to go on about my faith in humanity growing ever more frail. Nice CG work though.

I thought the original trailer was very weak, but after seeing some extended shots..

GREAT WORK GUYS! Those damn squirrels look great!

This is SO unexpected. I thought it might go the way of Garfield or Scooby Doo--digital cartoon characters in live action never fared well AFAIK. They tend to do better when it's real animals with digital lip syncing.

It was a ton of work nailing the style of the characters, with the largest crew and the most shots in the shortest amount of time R&H has ever had (done)! Great work peeps~
