Hi,

Does anyone know what is the process like embedding animation into real life video?

For example,

In real life video, it is showing that I'm drawing a cow. First i draw an oval for body. Next, i draw two circles of eyes.

The eyes are blinking. (animated)

I continue adding on more details until i have a drawing of cow. It is a static picture of cow on the paper in front of me.

Then, the cow jumped out of the paper. (For this part, how do you make it work?)

I roughly guess it would be a mixture of shake and aftereffects softwares.

So does anyone know in details the workflow of that part: integrating animation into life video?

Hope someone can understand what i mean.

Looking forward to hear a reply. Thanks. :)

Well here's my first guess at a possible process:

1. storyboard your animation

2. Film the live-action footage of the table with the pad and the actor which you do a zoom out from.

3. You need to be ablt to do motion tracking from the pad in 3d using bojou or after effects.

4. Establish your animation keyframes once you timed it out.

5. Animate your scene inbetweens.

6. Once your animation is done, composite it with the live footage with after effects.

good luck with this.

Heyhello softocean

thanks for your reply :D This is what i've exactly done recently. I've posted it in the other thread. You can take a look at it:
