It was hard to get the story behind. From the drawing-point I can't say anything - this i a cool style and "looks as lots of work":applause:
But I think you should think over about the storyline - only to mention the name of the character in one picture doesn't really show what you trying to tell (imho).
After I got an idea of what you might meant - I had to go back and check for some hints.
But just to mention the name once and If you take a look afterwards you can see its the same bathroom - in my opinion this is not enough to show the reader what is going on.
Simply a note on the first switch like "...30 Year ago!" would've made anything clearer for me.

After all this story is impressive but you don't have to overdo it with "peeing and shitting" at the same time. Keep the "peeing blood" and save the shitting for the "Marmelade glass"

Also in my opinion your "sound effects" looked like a sidenote and doesn't fit to the style of your drawings - I would change that typo.

So this might be my advise...
